Author's Note I wrote the Hawaii Real Estate Exam Book to give you, Hawaii real estate salesperson and broker candidates, valuable information that will help you pass the Hawaii section of the real estate licensing exam. It's organized in a compact, easy to study format. Over one third of the licensing exam covers Hawaii-specific material. The Hawaii section is traditionally the most difficult, and you must pass it separately. How well I remember my stressful days of trying to make sense of it all! You'll find it very useful to have the Hawaii information all in one place. You can study it with much greater focus and intensity. The separation will also help you clarify the differences, where they exist, between Hawaii and uniform laws, rules, principles and practices. The Hawaii Real Estate Exam Book was designed to be used by prelicensing salesperson students or broker candidates with any complete uniform prelicensing text.
